Come join the Old Saybrook Land Trust’s Annual Thanksgiving Hike on Sunday, November 30th. Work off your turkey dinner by hiking one of two hikes at 1pm, leaving from Town Park on School House Road in Old Saybrook. One hike will be a 2-hour hike from Great Cedars West up to The Preserve and back. Along the way stops will be made at Daniel and Ebenezer Ingham’s home foundations. This hike is considered to be a moderate-difficult hike with several steep hills. The second hike is a 1 and ½ hour hike for those who prefer an easier and leisurely hike, which will be through Great Cedars West. After the hike enjoy some food and beverages in the Town Park shelter along with a cozy fire. There is no need to RSVP, but if you have questions please contact Chris Cryder at firstname.lastname@example.org or 860-395-7016. Light to medium rain or snow will not stop the hike!
